Darius Altman

A native Houstonian, Darius Altman graduated from Harvard University cum laude in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, focusing on urban development. His senior thesis studied the adaptation of zoning in the United States, with a case study on Houston as the only major American city without zoning. After graduating, Darius spent some time in New York City working for Tungsten Partners, a firm specializing in place-making, mixed-use development consulting, retail brokerage and hospitality development. Later, Darius returned to Houston to work with Berkadia. There, he honed his financial modeling skills underwriting loans for multi-family properties and mobile home communities. Darius speaks English, Lithuanian, and Russian, and in his free time enjoys being outside, including biking, kayaking, and barbecuing with friends.

Stacey Saathoff

Stacey Saathoff is a Dallas native with an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. Prior to joining Belvoir, Stacey worked in sales for a home builder where she developed her passion for business and real estate transactions. Her master’s degree in Project Management coupled with over 8 years of business operation, sales, and development experience adds a unique expertise to the team. With this diverse, client-centered background, she is able to successfully guide corporate clients, investors, and owners with their commercial real estate needs. Her experience, combined with her strong work ethic, skills to maximize efficiency, and ability to overcome challenges makes her an invaluable asset to the Belvoir brokerage team.

Ashar Siddique

An analytical thinker driven toward data, Ashar Siddique understands the intricacies associated with keeping a company’s books balanced. And as bookkeeper for Belvoir, he puts his talents to use each day to help ensure the company’s numbers make sense. Ashar earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pakistan’s University of the Punjab, and is working toward his master’s degree in the same subject from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. His past experience includes human resources and financial roles in both Pakistan and Greater Houston. Most recently, Ashar served as reconciliation/treasury clerk for GC Services, reconciling financial accounts, analyzing data, maintaining spreadsheets of customer accounts and carrying out related work as needed.

Tucker Schneemann

A former coach who understands the importance of commitment and a competitive mindset, Tucker Schneemann is focused on delivering real estate wins to Belvoir clients. The Midland, Texas, native attended Texas Tech University, founded and later sold a successful business and has worked in sales capacities for companies across a range of industries. Most recently, he served as director of sales for Versatile Industries V, managing opportunities in construction, oil and gas, and renewable energy development. As an associate in Belvoir’s Permian Basin office, Tucker leverages an extensive network and knowledge of the area to close deals that bring clients’ goals to reality.

Chris Malleo

As an associate with Belvoir Real Estate Group, Chris Malleo brings a wealth of experience to the Brokerage team. In 2007, he received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University, where he was also a four-year letterman on the football team. Later, he went on to become a successful football coach at the prestigious Peddie School. As Chris’ professional life grew to new heights, so did his personal life with the addition of two children. Shortly after, Chris went on to join the brokerage team at New York’s Schiff Gold, where he quickly became one of the firm’s most successful and reliable brokers. Chris will play an integral part in growing Belvoir’s presence in the Florida market, with a central focus in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

With a background in real property record management and property taxes, too, Sarah LaRocca knows having everything in its place makes a difference. Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in corporate communications with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin, and received first-hand experience on the flip side of our industry as an ad valorem property tax intern with MB Lane & Associates. As a transaction coordinator for Belvoir, she puts her attention to detail to work daily, ensuring our clients and brokers have what they need — and helping brokered real estate deals reach success.

Syed Rizvi

A dedicated numbers man with more than 10 years of experience, Syed Rizvi is all about making sure things add up. As Belvoir’s assistant controller, Syed aids in the company’s overall accounting needs, lending his talents to everything from payroll services, to tenant statements and beyond. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Phoenix, and his master’s degree in accounting and finance from the Keller School of Business Management. Syed speaks three languages and has served in accounting and IT roles with organizations throughout Houston. Most recently, he worked as senior accountant for Houston First, Inc., providing accounting services, performing budget analyses, issuing tenant statements and providing related support for the organization and its city-owned properties.

With experience in electrical and mechanical work, and years of service with the U.S. Marine Corps, Jose Victor knows what it takes to run a tight ship. As the building engineer for “Denmark House” and 7660 Woodway, he puts his skillset to work each day. Jose sees to maintenance and repair needs, and provides leading service not only to Belvoir tenants, but those who visit the properties. His past work includes mechanical/electrical tech and supervisory roles with companies across Greater Houston, making him ideally poised to keep the property operating safely and efficiently.

Sheene Holmes

With an extensive background in property management, Shenee Holmes has what it takes to ensure a property is serving its tenants well. The New Orleans native earned her associate degree in business from Houston’s Lone Star College and has overseen properties of all sizes in both Louisiana and Texas. As assistant property manager for Belvoir’s headquarters at 15835 Park Ten Place, Shenee is focused on building relationships with current and potential business partners, seeing to tenant needs and ensuring every aspect of the property is in proper working order.
