Recently appointed as IREM Houston Chair of Public Policy Committee, Pat joins the Belvoir team as Senior Director after 30 years with industry leaders such as Hines, Transwestern and Equity Office. Over his tenure, he has been called on time and again to manage some of Houston’s most notable office assets. His extensive management and brokerage experience has sharpened a keen market awareness to help owners and investors through the entire investment cycle from acquisition to dispossession. As a licensed Texas Real Estate broker and former IREM Houston Past-President, Pat leverages his network of seasoned professional contacts to source the perfect opportunities for Belvoir clients.
After decades of marketing and lease administration in one of Houston’s premier business districts, including 4.3 million square feet of Class A office space, Barbara joined Belvoir’s brokerage team to advise on property leasing and business development activities. Her past transactions include Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, ConocoPhillips, Exxon and Invesco.
Della brings 25 years of management experience to Belvoir, having personally managed over 5 million square feet of commercial property. Her expertise includes property operations, lease administration, project management, capital improvements and financial reporting.
George has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and lending, as well as business operations. He believes a personal approach, accompanied by persistence, creativity and attention to detail leads to solid solutions. George knows the Houston market well, having called it home for 40+ years.
James has over 30 years of experience in development and construction, including interior finish-outs and new construction. He adds great value for Belvoir clients from feasibility studies to final project completion. James oversees all activities of the design team, including bidding, contracting, budgeting and scheduling and document controls.
As a member of Belvoir’s brokerage team, Rin advises clients on lease negotiations, property acquisitions and investment properties. Previously, she served as a marketing and sales consultant for an international luxury retailer.
Kyle works as part of Belvoir’s brokerage team to assist corporate clients, investors and owners with their commercial real estate needs. Prior to joining Belvoir, Kyle worked for a boutique real estate firm in The Woodlands.
Jennifer is a certified public accountant with more than 15 years of experience in accounting and informational systems software. She previously served as controller for an internationally respected commercial real estate investment, management and brokerage firm where she became familiar with cross-currency reporting and operational division accounting. Jennifer graduated from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University in 1996 and received her CPA license in 2000.
As Belvoir’s multifamily specialist, Reggie brings over 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry. An LSU Alum and active member of the CCIM Institute, Reggie represents sellers and advises buyers in both exclusive and off-market multifamily transactions. Using detailed strategic property analysis reports, she helps clients better position their properties to achieve the highest price, strongest terms and quickest close upon disposition.
Cary joins the Belvoir brokerage team after working for an international advertising agency as a digital marketing account manager. As a fourth generation CRE professional, Cary applies analytics and market knowledge to help clients find their perfect property.
Sean’s background in corporate-level sales, marketing and accounting is a huge asset in his position at Belvoir. With a focus on client service and relationship building, he is committed to serving the needs of owners, investors and tenants.
